and his brothers, the? [priests] and the Levites and all the elders of the Rule together [...] and they shall bless, standing at their posts, the God of Israel and all his deeds of truth, and curse

there [Belial] and all the spirits of his lot [...] and they shall answer and say, Blessed be the God of Israel in all his holy purpose and his deeds of truth, and blessed be

all his servants in righteousness, who know him in faithfulness [...]

and cursed be Belial for his plan of hostility, and accursed is he for his guilty dominion [...] and cursed are all the spirits of his lot for their plan of

wickedness, and abhorred are they for all their deeds of impure uncleanness, for they are the lot of darkness, but the lot of God is for light

[everlasting] [...]

and [you], O God of our fathers, we will bless your name forever [...] and we, the people of [eternity], and the covenant [you cut] with our fathers, and you have established it for their seed

for [the appointed times] of eternity [...] and in all the testimonies of your glory there has been a remembrance [...] your [...] in our midst, for the help of a remnant and life for your covenant

and for the [record] of your deeds of truth and the judgments of your wondrous mighty acts [...] you, [O God] of [our covenant], have been for us an eternal people, and in the lot of light you have made us fall

for your truth [...] and the prince of light from of old you appointed as our helper, and in [his lot] are [all] [the sons] [of righteousness] and all the spirits of truth are in his dominion [...] and you

made Belial for the pit, an angel of hostility [...] and in [darkness] [is his dominion], and by his counsel is to act wickedly and to bring guilt [...] and all the spirits of

his lot, angels of destruction, walk in the statutes of darkness, and toward it is [their desire] together [...] and we, in the lot of your truth, shall rejoice in the hand of

your might, and we shall exult in your salvation, and we shall rejoice in [your help] [and] [in] your peace [...] who is like you in the power of the God of Israel, and with

the poor is the hand of your might [...] and who is an angel or a prince like the help of [your workers] [...] [for] from of old you appointed for yourself a day of great battle [...]
